Vibe's POS tracks service and product income separately, calculates artist commission automatically, and manages deposits against booked appointments without manual reconciliation. Client records also support the kind of ongoing customer relationship that drives repeat bookings and referrals.
Deposit workflows are fully supported within Vibe Retail where deposits are logged against the customer's record at the time of booking and offset against the final balance when the appointment is settled. Each transaction is tracked through to completion, giving a clean financial record for every job.
Commission structures are configurable per artist within the platform, with each service transaction automatically attributed to the relevant team member. This removes the need for manual commission tracking at end of week and gives studio owners a clear view of individual performance.
