You’ll need a compatible tablet (or an all-in-one register), the Vibe POS app, an internet connection, and a card reader (chip/NFC). Optional peripherals such as cash drawers, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and portable wireless units are supported. We’ll provide a recommended hardware list for your region and your needs.
Yes — if your current hardware meets our compatibility requirements, you can use it. We’ll help confirm compatibility (OS, peripherals, card reader standards). If you need new equipment, we offer pre-configured hardware bundles to make setup smoother.
Vibe supports scaling and upgrades easily — you can add another register or terminal when you’re ready. If a hardware unit fails (card reader, tablet, etc.), our support team can guide you through replacement options. We also offer hardware upgrade paths and can recommend compatible peripherals when you're expanding.
