Import Items Without the Guesswork

Upload a spreadsheet, see exactly what will be imported, and fix problems before they reach your inventory.

A clearer way to bring items into Vibe

Importing a big item list used to mean uploading a file and hoping for the best. The new importer walks you through four steps (Upload, Map columns, Preview & edit, Done) and shows you what's happening at each one.

Start from Excel or Google Sheets

Upload an Excel file, or paste a Google Sheets link if that's where your item list lives. No need to export and re-save files first.

Preview and edit before anything is imported

Once your columns are mapped, you'll see your rows laid out as they'll appear in Vibe: item name, variation, selling price and quantity. Spot a typo or a wrong price? Edit the row right there in the importer instead of going back to your spreadsheet and starting over.

A search box lets you jump to any row, which helps when you're working with a thousand items or more.

See which rows have problems, and why

The importer flags any row with an issue and tells you what's wrong with it. Use the Issues tab to see only the rows that need attention, then either fix them on the spot or skip them. You can skip rows one at a time, or skip every row with an issue in one click and import the rest.

A running count at the top shows how many rows are ready to import, how many have issues, and how many you've skipped.

Check your file without committing

Not ready to import yet? "Validate without importing" checks your whole file and reports any problems, without changing anything in your inventory. It's a safe way to test a supplier's price list or a new season's catalog before it goes live.

Know where you stand

A progress bar tracks the import from start to finish, so you're never left wondering whether a large file is still working.
