The new Merge Duplicates tool automatically scans your customer database and identifies profiles that appear to represent the same person.

From the customer management panel, the system flags records that share:

• The same name
• The same phone number
• Or both

Once identified, you can review the suggested matches and merge them into a single unified customer profile.

When profiles are merged, all important data is preserved, including:

How It Works

Using Merge Duplicates is simple.

1. Open the Customers page
2. Click Merge Duplicates from the action menu in the top right
3. Review the suggested matches
4. Confirm the merge
