We’re excited to share a new Product Update: customers can now pay Vibe invoices via ACH (bank transfer).
If you’re sending invoices to customers, ACH gives them an easy, familiar way to pay directly from their bank account—often with lower processing costs and fewer card-related issues.
Why this matters
Adding ACH to invoices is a big win for businesses that want to streamline receivables and reduce friction at checkout.
With ACH, you can:
- Offer a lower-cost payment option compared to cards
- Reduce failed payments from expired cards or card limits
- Make it easier for larger invoices to get paid
- Give customers more flexibility in how they pay
David Rosenberg — Operations ManagerAdding ACH to our invoices has made a big difference. Our customers prefer paying directly from their bank, and we’re seeing fewer delays and lower processing costs.
How it works
When you send an invoice through Vibe, customers will now see ACH as an available payment method (alongside card, if enabled). They can choose ACH and complete payment using their bank details in a secure flow.
Best for businesses that…
ACH is especially useful if you:
- Send higher-ticket invoices
- Have repeat B2B customers
- Want to reduce card processing costs
- Prefer bank payments for predictable cash flow
Start using ACH today
ACH invoicing is now live. The next time you send an invoice, your customers can choose ACH at checkout (depending on your account settings).
